Domenique, I truly KNOW that you were heaven sent to take on the challenge that this sale posed. As the court appointed Special Master for the sale of this house I was flying blind. You came in, kept me informed of the things that needed to happen, the things that you would be doing on my behalf to expedite a sale and the dreams that you were going to make come true for the buyers. It was the trifecta and sales. You held hands, guided and informed us all along the way. Your team NEVER missed a beat. So many things needed to fall into place each step along the way. This was not an easy house to market as it had been seriously neglected but that didn’t prove to be an obstacle for you.
I have walked away from this experience with only the highest respect for you, your team and all those who made this happen for my friend. And, I have a new friend that I KNOW was heaven-sent.
